Return policy

How do I exchange or return a product ?

If you bought your(s) item(s) on playtex.co.uk  :

In case of defective or non conforming product(s), please contact the customer service by phone at 0800 279 3942 open 8.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-4.00pm Saturday or by email to customerservice@playtex.co.uk.

If you bought your(s) item(s) in stores :

In case of defective or non conforming produit(s), please contact the customer service by phone +442036081700 open 8.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-4.00pm Saturday or by email to ukcustomer.services@dbaeu.com .

Non conforming or defective ordered products must be returned to the PLAYTEX company in their original packaging and with the delivery order. Products must be purchased on the website www.playtex.co.uk. returned items damaged, worn, incomplete, used or soiled will not be refunded.

You are responsible to keep all records and proof of return.

If you meet all the above conditions, PLAYTEX will reimburse you of total amount of returned products and the initial delivery expenses within 14 calendar days maximum from the receipt of returned products. 

 

Can I exchange an item ?

No, it is not possible. Please to return the ordered product and to place new order on the website.

 

How can I get a refund and return an item that does not suit me?

You may submint an appeal within 28 days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products. Postal fees for returns are at your charge, without having to give reasons for this.

It is imperative to follow the return procedure below. Otherwise your return can not be treated correctly and on time.

Step 1 : Go on your account on playtex.co.uk

Step 2 : Once you are logged in, go in your orders

Step 3 : Enter in the order concerned by the return. 

Step 4 : Select the items you want return, select the reason for each item.

Step 5 : Print the return form and incorporate it into your parcel

Step 6 : Print the address label and stick on your parcel

Step 7 : Deposit your parcel in your post office and pay the return costs. The return cost are in your charge.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, PLAYTEX will refund you within 14 days.

 

Is it possible to return a product that was not ordered on the web site www.playtex.co.uk ?

No, it is not possible. You can only return a product that was order on the online shop www.playtex.co.uk.

 

How will I be credited once the returned product ?

If you meet all the above conditions, PLAYTEX will proceed to credit to the means of payment used when purchasing online.

 

How long do I be reimbursed ?

If you meet all the above conditions, PLAYTEX will reimburse you of total amount of returned products and the initial delivery expenses within 14 calendar days maximum from the receipt of returned products. 

 

How repayment happens with Paypal ?

You will be refunded automatically.

 

How do I know if you received my return ?

We will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and are processing your refund.
