Look fabulous every day

Begin the day with a cup of warm water and half a lemon. This helps to cleanse the liver and boosts the digestive system.

Do some gentle yoga stretching to elongate and work your muscles and exhale deeply as you hold the stretch, you’ll be amazed at how it sets you up for the day ahead.

Appreciate who you are every day. When you’re putting on make-up, look in the mirror and tell yourself how gorgeous you are.

If you feel good, it follows that you look good, so when you wake up, think positively about all the great things you have in your life.

Pick out colours that suit your skin tone and match your mood – ie. red if you’re feeling passionate, green for a harmonious mood and purple to make a statement.

Try different herbal teas instead of caffeine-loaded drinks such as coffee, tea, chocolate and many fizzy drinks. Caffeine is a stimulant and can affect mood, energy and sleep.

Make sure that you get a least 30 minutes exercise a day. If you’re feeling energetic, go for a run or slow down the pace with a brisk walk during your lunch hour.

Put on your brightest red lipstick, you’ll feel super glamorous even if you’re only wearing jeans.

Invest in a really good haircut that suits your face and your personality and isn’t too high maintenance!

Wearing a correctly fitted bra can make or break an outfit, so make sure you’re measured regularly as breast sizes can change with weight fluctuations.
