Pay securely on Playtex
Any order placed on the Site must be paid for by the Customer immediately after order confirmation by debiting their bank account. The total price of the order (payable in Euros) owed by the Customer is the amount indicated on the Order Form, including delivery charges.
Available payment methods on the Playtex site are:
- Paypal®: Pay in one installment or 4 installments without fees.
- Credit cards: American Express®, Visa®, and MasterCard®
The Customer therefore authorizes their bank in advance to debit their account upon receiving records or statements transmitted via the payment module, even without invoices signed by the cardholder. Playtex® products ordered remain the property of Playtex® until full payment is received.
To this end, the Customer guarantees Playtex® that they are the cardholder and that the name appearing on the card is theirs. The Customer then provides in a secure internet environment the 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV code from the back of the card.
Playtex® has implemented a system that ensures secure online payments: SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protects all payment data.
For online payments and to combat online fraud, checks are carried out with relevant banking institutions. Playtex® does not collect or store customers' card details.
Payment-related information undergoes automated data processing, separate from Playtex®.
The order is dispatched only after verifying the payment method and receiving authorization to debit the Customer's card. If, for any reason (opposition, issuer refusal, etc.), the debit fails, the purchase process on the Site will be canceled. The card is only charged at the earliest upon order shipment.
To ensure transaction security, Playtex® uses 3D Secure for Visa and Mastercard and Safekey for American Express. A window requesting additional security codes may appear, connecting you with your bank.
