Your returns made easier

At Playtex UK, we want to make your lives easier. We want a simple return process that satisfies our customers. We have therefore decided to cut the return costs down to £4.90 for our UK customers.

How do I return my item(s)?

Head over to our returns portal, here and enter in your order ID and email address.
All you have to do is select the items you wish to return, before downloading a return label (the cost of return will later be deducted from your refund).
You can use this label to return your item(s), or you can choose your own delivery method to return your item(s) to the following address (you will solely be responsible for the costs):

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately you can't exchange your items, but you can return them and reorder through the Playtex.co.uk website.

What if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Services team here explaining the issue along with photos. If the product is faulty, we will be back in touch with a free prepaid return label for you to return the item at no cost.
You will be refunded once the product has arrived at our warehouse. We can't exchange the item in this case.
